* Santa Cruz Women's Health Center: (County Wide) General and specific health care for low income women and children, reproductive health care. They accept Medi-CAL, Medi-CARE, sliding scale fees, and insurance. Also, some alternative heath care available for small fee on a limited basis. Phone 427-3500

* Planned Parenthood: General and specific health care for low income families, reproductive health care. They accept Medi-CAL, Medi-CARE, sliding scale fees, and insurance.

* County Public Health Clinic: (County Wide) General Medical Clinic, children's health, family planning, immunizations. They accept Medi-CAL, Medi-CARE. Phone 454-4100

* Dientes Community Dental Clinic: (County Wide) Dental care for low income families. They accept Medi-CAL, Healthy Families, and sliding scale payment. Phone 464-5409

* Five Branches Institute (Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic): (County Wide) Acupuncture school and clinic. Option of being treated by a licensed acupuncturist, or a senior intern (with supervision by instructor/fully licensed acupuncturist) for much lower fee. Discount for college students. They accept Medi-CAL and some insurance. Phone 476-8211. They have also just opened a new school and clinic in San Jose.
